For individuals and organizations currently operating or planning to establish and run Social Enterprises (SEs) in Vietnam. The event aims to provide essential legal knowledge and help social enterprises grasp the regulations and legal risks related to their operations.
Issues faced by SEs:
Uncertainty about the legal basis: Establishment, operation, receiving and utilizing donations/funding, and reporting SE activities.
Tax risks: Retroactive tax collection on donations/funding; incorrect tax declarations.
Risk of fines: Unfamiliarity with the legal basis/proper procedures leading to potential fines for violations.
