Legal Interns are potential associates who are trained and mentored to prepare for a professional legal consulting career in a modern law firm environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support legal tasks as assigned and guided by supervisors.

• Conduct legal research and prepare relevant summaries.

• Assist in drafting, translating, and formatting documents and contracts.

• Support legal transactions and projects under supervision (Non-litigation).

• Perform administrative procedures for corporate, investment, IP, and tech matters.

• Participate in the training program with experienced lawyers to become a Paralegal.

• Execute office administrative and legal tasks as directed.

• Learn and comply with the firm's professional and operational standards.

• Support the firm’s business development activities (No sales KPIs).

Qualifications

• Education: Final-year law students or fresh Bachelor of Laws (LLB) graduates.

• Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of Corporate, Commercial, Investment, and Civil law.

• Experience: Prior internships at commercial law firms or corporations preferred.

• Language: English (writing, communication, translation).

• Office Skills: Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.

• Attributes: Logical thinking, analytical ability, eager to learn, hardworking, cautious, and honest.

• Competencies: Ability to work under pressure, multitask, maintain high speed with precision and attention to detail.
